Unlike many other precipitator companies, PMCorp does not manufacture any ESP mechanical or electrical spare parts or any make of automatic voltage controllers but we do recommend, any manufacturers or any make of parts where and when required.

There are many problems in the ESP industry with most of the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and aftermarket field service companies. The problem is that many of the personnel employed to manage and/or perform ESP field service are just not qualified or able to do so. In many circumstances they actually add to, and certainly prolong, the problems. Many companies are dissatisfied with OEM’s, but feel they have to use them because they are the original suppliers of the respective ESP’s.

An ESP is viewed by many of individual plants as a dirty piece of equipment that needs to be dealt with as quickly possible, to get in and out, this does little or no good at all. Proper, thorough inspections are a necessity. An ESP is a very complex piece of equipment and every piece of equipment associated with it, has an important role and must work to ensure ALL aspects of the precipitator must work properly, in order to perform correctly to its maximum collecting efficiency.
